1. Information we collect

When you contact us we collect the details you enter in our contact form: your ZIP code, name, email address, an optional phone number, and an optional message. If you reach the form from our cost calculator, we also receive the estimate you were viewing: the number and style of windows, frame, glass, install type, your estimated range, and the metro area used. The calculator itself does not ask for or store any contact details. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, device type, pages visited) through our analytics and hosting providers.

2. How we use your information

  • Follow up on your request by email, and by phone or text if you added a number and checked the consent box.
  • Review the estimate you shared with us.
  • Improve our buying guides and cost data.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.

3. Who sees your information

We do not give your information to window installers. Requests are stored in a customer relationship management and messaging service that we use to follow up with you, and that service handles your information on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your information to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Calls, texts, and consent

If you add a phone number to our contact form and check the consent box, you agree that WindowReplacementServices.com may contact you by phone or text about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. If you leave the phone number blank, we contact you by email only.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
